We are proud to promote the fact that we DO NOT USE ANY EMULSIFIERS OR PRESERVATIVES OF ANY KIND.  Only the best bread flours and ingredients are used to make the freshest and most flavorful bread around.

All of Gleneagle Bakery's bread is made and rolled by hand and baked fresh seven days a week. 

Our cheddar cheese bread will add extra flavor to any sandwich.  Try our cinnamon bread and your French toast will taste better than ever.  Our old fashioned brown bread is still made with real cooked oatmeal and molasses.  Our double white loaf will bring back memories of grandma's baking.  Our mountain grain bread is popular for its extra moist texture and sweet nutty flavor.  Our new flax/sunflower bread and goodheart bread will make any meal a healthy one.

You will also find a variety of rolls, panninis, baguettes, French loaves and foccacia buns.   Add some flavor to your meal by including one of our specialty breads such as light rye, dark marble rye, sourdough, light pumpernickel and raisin. We continue to create new recipes and are pleased to introduce new flavors on a regular basis.
